Youth Ministry Ignited Youth

R.C.O.G Youth Ministry directly oversees the youth ministry; educate, minister to, and include youths in the ministry of the church. We provide a well-balanced program for youth that will seek to win the lost to Christ and to help those who are Christians to mature in Christ and discover the personal gifts and abilities with which God has blessed them. The Youth Director is therefore subject to the Pastor that God has placed over his/her life, being clothed with humility and service. The Youth Director must have a passion for youths.

We pray regularly for all youth, especially those directly under our care.
We identify and participate in any training/learning events with a youth emphasis.

We create, present, and promote a comprehensive vision for the youth of the church. We identify and train other youth leaders to assist in organizing and implementing programs. We plan at least one yearly retreat for prayer, fellowship, and encouragement. We plan at least two, yearly outreach/missions to engage the youth in practical ministry. We plan fun activities and special projects for youth only – hikes, bowling, etc. The Youth Ministry submits a monthly report to the Lead Pastor.

With an ever-changing world we need to make sure our young people are ready.
Make sure they are involved in our Ignited Youth Ministry.
